Nominated Occupation: When you apply, you must nominate a skilled occupation which fits your skills and qualifications. Your nominated occupation must be on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL). |

Recent work experience: Documentary evidence has to be produced for the work experience you hold and you should be on the designated nomination for at least 12 months out of 24 months immediately before applying |

Skills Assessment: Before you apply, you must have had your skills assessed by the relevant assessing authority for the designated nomination |
