Individuals who apply under ENS will be approved for this visa upon fulfilling the following requirements.

Australia Employer Nomination Scheme application process
Australia Employer Nomination Scheme necessitates an applicant to be initially nominated by an authorized employer of Australia and later apply under the nominated stream. ENS, which is a part of the Permanent Employer Sponsored Visa program is a permanent residence visa.
.Applicants can apply for this visa inside or outside Australia .Those applying inside Australia must have A, B or C bridging visas or substantive visa.
Applicants under ENS have to submit the application in less than six months from the date nomination was approved. They are expected to submit necessary documents to support the claims that were made in the application form and thereafter lodge an application online and pay the applicable fees.
Applicants who are above 18 years must sign value statement of Australia confirming that one abides by laws of Australia.
