The applicants for the the Investor stream and the Significant Investor stream can continue business and investment activity in Australia

Visa Requirements

• You must have a provisional Business Innovation and Investment visa (subclass 188)
• You need to meet the requirements of that visa in the stream in which you first applied
• Nomination by a state or territory

Information Required for Expression of Interest

• Applicant’s Expression of Interest should specify the stream he/she is interested in.
• The EOI should also indicate whether he/she is interested in just one or all states and territories. 

Visa Fee

Base Application Charge: $2255

Additional Applicant Charge (18 and over): A$1130

Additional Applicant Charge (Under 18): A$565

Note:

The second installment of $4890 is for an applicant who:

• has turned 18 at the time of application; and

• is assessed as not having functional English; and

• satisfies the secondary criteria for the grant of a Subclass 888 (Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent)) visa; and

• has not paid a second installment of the visa application charge in relation to an application for a Subclass 188 (Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional)) visa.
