• Applicant’s age must be under 50 years
• Must be in Australia
• Hold a valid visa
• Fulfill the Australian study requirement of two-year period
• English proficiency
• Must be graduated recently with either required qualification or skills and qualifications that are relevant to a profession mentioned on the skilled occupation list (SOL).
• Must meet health and character requirements
• Must have health insurance in Australia
